Fuller (Alvan T.) House is built.

Architect: Alexander Longfellow. Designed in the Italian Renaissance Revival (Beaux Arts) style and built for future Gov. Eben Draper, it is located on the site of the former Gardner House at 150 Beacon Street. Subsequent occupants include Fuller, a car dealer, Congressman, and governor.
